I have a friend a best friend named daishawn and i liked him then i thoight i didnt but deep dow i new i still did today i told him that i used to like him on and off for years including this year and he was like i would have gone out with you y rare you tellin me now and do u still like me and i said it dont madder because you goout with kelsay and shes also one of my best friends and i dont know what to do pls help

I think it was cool of you to tell him that you once liked him at least now you know that he has some interest in you. But if you still like him now that I suggest that you tell him you still like him now.
Leave it up to him to decide what he wants to do. Since he is going out with your friend, however, I think you should put any ideas of you and him going out together on hold for a while. I mean you don't want to go and spoil a very good friendship that you may have over a boy.
Just see how it goes and if it looks like he's not interested or that things are going to get too complicated then just move on and focus your interest on someone else
After all there's plenty more fish in the sea!
