moving foward
f/15 me and my boyfriend have been together 11 months.. and i was at his house and we played that game 'are you nervous' and he started going down my pants. but i had my period, so i said i was nervous becuase i had a tampon in and i think it'd be akward while i had it. and i think we're ready to go to the next step, but he later said (after i went home) he was sorry for doing it and that he won't again.. but i kinda want to. so i have 2 questions: he can't finger me with my period, right? and what should i do when i don't have my period? sorry for being so long! thanks for the help.

I guess he could finger you with your period, but it'd probably be gross. And then what you should do when you don't have your period is just.. I don't know. Let him do it. I'm not an expert on this at all. Uhmm.. I suppose you could talk to him about it and just be like, "I wasn't ready at the time, but I am now" or something like that.
