How do you get the like bar on the bottom of your screen with all the things that you are doing, to the right hand side going vertically upward?

click an empty part and drag it where you want it to go.

Hold the mouse button over the bar, then drag it to the right or left or top or wherever you want it. You can also make it thicker by just dragging upward.

hold the mouse button down on the toolbar. (like you're clicking it, but not letting go of the button.) and then just move the mouse to the right side of the screen [without letting go of the mouse button] then release.

Do the same thing to get it back the way it was.
