Cheap cute clothing stores in.. a certain area? :D

I'm visting Spokane[Washington] and I was wondering if there's any cheap, clothing stores there.

I'm limited on cash and I need new school clothes, etc. I only have a couple of shirts and 2 jeans.

Any thrift stores?
