Average Weight && Stuff Hey! I'm asking a bunch of columnists to get people's opinions. I'm in 9th grade, 5'3'' && I weigh 130 pounds. I'm not fat by doctor's standards, but my stomach does have pudge on it that I'd like to get rid of! It's just so hard, so do you have any tips on getting rid of it before pool time because I really wanna wear my bikini! I only have like a week til we start going to the pool, so I need help fast! Do you think I should wear it? I'm not fat but I do have pudge that I really gotta get rid of!

do situps everynight... do liek five more each night. watch what you eat.. im sure you know that. try picking up a seventeen or cosmogirl magzine... they have GREAT excercises in there that do help. lay on your back with your hands on the ground above your head, your legs straight out and roll up and touch your toes... that may help too if you do it liek 20 times a night. well, i hope i helped. ]
