my period

i am 15 and i didn't have my period yet! All my friends have it but i don't, but there is yucky wet stuff in my underwear,is this a sign? That's not my problem, my boy friend wants to make out with me but i didn't have my period yet so he said that he won't make out with me until i have my period because he wants a reason to use a condom. Is that normal? even if it isn't i love him and don't tell anyone, but i kinda want to do it too. I am just worried he wants to get me pregnant. HELP ASAP

First question...I really don't know ask a reletive.
And NO its not normal you are only 15! wayyy too young. Tell her your not ready and no matter what you cant force your period to come, your just a late bloomer.
