where do i find a fricken dress

where in hell do i find a dress in pittsburgh??? what stores can i go to? i need a dress for the semi formal and i cant find n e where where they sell GOOD dresses pretty cheap help!!!!

You might not be able to go to all of those stores where you live, but they do have websites if you google them, you can always buy them from there. Good luck!
