ok my question is my friend has a big crush on someone and he likes her back but he hasn't asked out yet. he nos she likes him but he still hasn't. do u think he should ask her out?

He should ask her out and see how things go. If it dosn't work out liek your friend was wanting it to...then i guess it just won't.
