okay well heres the thing.
i went out with this guy for awhile
and we broke up and he is like still
in love with me, but we are cool now.
like . .. just friends KIND OF. but anyways, i did some stuff with one of his good friends and he told everyone. then the guy i went out with found out and is totally crushed, i hate the guy i did it with, and i dont know what to do.

Well even though your ex might be mad at you, theres really no reason you should be sorry. Cause i went through the same thing and i sad sorry to the guy, but i didnt need to. You didnt do anything wrong.. its not like your suppost to reserve yourself for this guy just so you dont hurt him, and your single you shouldnt be like not doing anything for this guy.. its like hes holding you back. But you probably should say sorry if you are cause if you are then its alot nicer then being like "what i dont care i didnt do anything". I really hope you can be alrite threw this, trust me.. i went through the same thing like excatly. hah if i didnt answer your question just ask again. =)
