i want to stay skinny

I am probably over reacting but i am generally a skinny person. I have noticed that i have gained almost 10 lbs. I have been eating alot of junk food and not being active. Does anybody have any good ideas on how i can stay active and eat healthier. I'll rate 5s!!!!!!

Well you can always stay active by doing a sport, going to the gym or you could just do some crunches at home.. As for eating healthy, i don't know if there is any tips to help you eat healthy.. Just stop eating junk food. haha =0)
