stomachh What works better;; sit-ups or crunches?? This is to get rid of stomach flab && make it look nice and flat for summer. Or are there other stomach exersizes that work better?? Do any of those work?? Any tips?? Thank A Lot!!<33

I do 200 crunches a night. And I can see a major difference now, compared to when I did none at all. It also helps to run & eat healthy to tone everything out. ]
What works good is this: Lay on your back. Lift your legs so your feet are off the ground. Place both hands on the side of your head. Then lift your upper body towards your knees. Same concept as a crunchie. Once there, hold for a count of three, then back to laying position. Repeat this in sets of 15. So you do fifteen, rest for thirty seconds, then do 15 again. Keep doing this till you just cant do it anymore. Also another is: Lay on your stomach. Now get into pushup position, except you will be resting on your forearms. So the only part of your body touching the floor is your forearms and your toes. Keeping body straight, tighten your stomach muscles. Hold for one minute. REst, then repeat. I hope I helped you.
