Just start excersizing (get a membership to a gym, do a sport you like, pilates, dancing, whatever you like!) Start dropping that junk and grap fruits and veggies instead! For breakfast have oatmeal, a light yogurt, or cereal with fruit. For lunch have a sandwich (lean meat on wheat bread but no mayo! its fatten-innng) and some more fruit, for dinner eat skinless chicken, fish, veggie burgers, salads, and some veggies. switch from soda, and jucies to water, and believe youll lose weight in NO TIME. its working for me. good luck!!! Stand in front of a mirror and put your hands on your stomach. Chant these words with feeling:
Godess hear my plead,
Make me the weight I want to heed,
This size is to big for me,
A size (size you want to be) I want to be,
So Mote It Be
Once you do this you will feel a funny feeling in your stomach and your cloths will be to big (or if there to small for you the right size) for 6-7 hours
This is tested and works really well as me and my friends have tried this and it is really good. Thats why we put it in my B.O.S (Book of Shadows).
ok i found this spell on the internet, please don't ask me how it works, in fact i haven't even tryed it, good luck and if it does work tell me. [ yoda's advice column | Ask yoda A Question ]
