i have this one neighbor that likes to touch me so he always tackles me with hugs. its kinda um INNAPROPRIATE, should i just kick him in the balls or what?

KICK HIM RIGHT IN THE BALLS! That shows him! He's a jerk and a pervert. Next time he hugs you, lean in to kiss him or hug him even more, and then slap him and kick 'em in the cracker!!!
