Ipod

Question Posted Friday March 31 2006, 11:11 pm

Ok, I have an Ipod shuffle, and it's like, really screwed up. It doesn't play in the left side in 3 different pairs of headphones and in my speakers, it keeps freezing and turning off by itself, without the battery dying, and just doing weird stuff like that. I've heard you can ship it back and they'll fix it for you. Does anyone know how I can do this? I tried the Ipod website, but couldn't find that or anything else to fix it. Thanks so much!

Dear ipod,

There are various ways to do this. One you can find an apple store in your area and take it there and they might be able to cater to your needs. Two, when you purchase an ipod you can call customer support three times for free for instructions and tech support. Three, you may contact apple to send it back but don't just send it back with a letter make sure you call them.
