k so like ive been trying to loose weight so i could look good for a cruise i am going on this summer. i havent really told my parents, but i have been loseing a ton of weight. well my sister is younger than me, but also is heavier. do you think it would be smart if i asked if she wanted to loose weight with me. i know she wont get offened, but do you think it would be a smart choice??? thanks in advance :-)

Just make sure that if your on a diet and it's healthy... not like starvation. I think maybe you should just tell your sister that you are excersising and eating better and you want to know if she would like to join you because you would like some company while excersising... etc. If she gets mad just say fine, I was just trying to help or ok but if you change your mind tell me. Or like if you are going to go for a run one day just say to her do you want to go for a run with me?
