Masturbation is not cheating, because it's not being done with another individual; only yourself, and that is perfectly fine. And really, a good hand full of people have had an attraction towards someone outside of their relationship (whether that be a single quick glance or something long lasting) while currently commited. It's not a crime, however, it's not something that I suggest mentioning to your significant other.
