My Really Good Friend

SO there's this guy whos my really good friend but we're not BEST friends so to speak. I like him ALOT! like alot alot. but i have no idea how to tell him without coming on too strong or sounding like a stalker you know?
please help.

just ask him to hang out sometime and sit him down and tell him how you feel, tell him that you like him and see how he responds to it
