I know that after awhile, the relationship looses its wonder and mystery because you no longer have to earn his love, but there are still things you can do to keep the relationship fun! Make sure that you don't hang out too much, but get together with him. Mix it up, sometimes go in a group (sometimes his friends, other times yours, other times both), go alone.. Do whatever. And don't always do the same exact thing.. Spice it up! Also, don't rely on all emotional aspects of the relationship.. but also get physical. Once again, don't over use that either. However, if you feel like you really don't like being his anymore, feel free to break up with him. You don't have to do it all officially like, "It's over." You can just gradually stop hanging out with him and gradually stop talking to him. When he starts to ask about it, let him know that it's not working out and for the past <insert time frame here> you feel like you've just been friends, and you should leave it like that. Date around.. you're only in 8th grade. We're not looking for soul mates here!
