how do i upgrade my version? i have to have 5.5 or higher for this smiley thing, and i don't know how do upgrade it.

To upgrade the version of your AIM, you need to go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) (I'm assuming you have Windows 98 or higher) and click on the 'Upgrade' button to download AIM 5.9. A file download will pop up and you'll need to download it.

You can download the new AIM Triton but since it's still a beta version, I'd stick with the AIM 5.9 for now.
