to have sex or not to have sex? that is the question

ive have this guy friend who im close with and ive known him for 3 years now. well he wants to do sexual things with me and i want to but im scared becuas hes done everything there is to do, and i still havent kissed a guy(only because the guys that wanted to kiss me i didnt want them to) newayz he wants to have sex and i want to as well but he is in very good shape(6pack big triceps you name it) and me well im a little overweight and i have stretchmarks(embarrasing and disgusting) thats the only reason y i dont want to do it with him.
so is there anyway to make stretchmarks fade away fast? and what excersises can i do to make my stomach flatter?(i do 200 crunches daily but it doesnt work) also is there a website(NOT porn) that will help/teach me things there is to know about sex giving head stds and stuff? also will fwb ruin our friendship or make it stronger?
