ok so heres the thing...i started working out to loose some belly fat n stuff over christmas break ((a few weeeks ago))...and i keep checking the scale n it says i have lost 7 pounds already__but when i look at myself i think i look the same!.!. why is that???
should i try like seeing how much fat is around my tummy with a ruler or something n then measure it like that???

Well, you may have just lost water weight. You have to eat right and exercise in order to lose weight. You could measure your self around then keep dieting and exercising and check your weight and measurments in a few weeks. ]
