My boyfriend brokw up with me TWiCE in the past 2 months, and i really still like him.. But i cant get over him and i know he dosent like me anymore.*only as a friend* Im Starting To Like this other kid, that my old boyfriend didnt really like, i dont know if i should date him though?!?! please help.

I think if a 13 year old ever has sex, it should be after he or she has dated the person for a long time, like at least a year. I don't think by any means they should have sex after they've just met the person.
I think what you should do is focus on the new guy more, and try to forget about your ex, but don't go out with him just yet. The more you focus on him the more you'll start to get over your ex. Going out with the new guy right now would be bad because you're not done moving on from your ex and he'd just be a rebound. No one likes to be a rebound. It doesn't matter if your ex likes him ... date who makes you happy!
