okay today i wore my eyeliner on my bottom lid only but like my eyes water and it smudges and looks like shit so where can i buy like waterproof eyeliner that comes off when you wash it and is reallly goood like can you find one on cvs or walgreens .com so i can see the exact one and buy it? tyhanks so much

You can go almost anywhere to get it. I use Revelon eyeliner.. Its not waterproof but my eyes water and it stays on without smudgeing or being runnie. [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
That eyeliner lasts 16 hours and is pretty good.
It will come off when you wash your face.
