itunes! please help!!

i just got an ipod nano and i installed itunes from the cd and when i try to open itunes, it wont open. i downloaded itunes before i had the nano and itunes wouldnt work then either! what can i do so itunes will open? please help! ill rate high if you helped

Check to see if you have a fire wall blocking certain programs. Or, go to www.apple.com then go to support and then to troubleshoot.
