help! i weigh 119 and i need to be 111 by christmas. what can i do? like exercises? food? anything please tell me that you know of. i cant go to a gym or go running, so anything besides that. thank you.

you wrote you have to get down to 111 by Christmas and you posted this the 20th. I know im a little late.. but here you say dont tell me its not realistic. Sorry, but its not. You cant lose 8 lbs. in a few days.

Just in case you want to lost 8 lbs. but not by Christmas here are some ways.
- Do 100 sit ups a night
- Do 50 pushups a night
- Jog for an hour a day
- Eat something small for breakfast (cereal, bagels, sandwich, waffles [w/o added sugar and shit], etc.)
- For lunch eat a snack like fruits & veggies
- And for dinner eat what your mom makes you (or what you want, not fatty foods =])but dont stuff yourself
