My friends brother loves me

Ok Well, my BEST FRIEND's brother and i have alaways kind of liked each other. but on the computer he asked to *fell me up*... i said no. After i thought about it... I WANT HIM TO SOO BAD! well he forgot about it and got a girlfriend. i feel so bad! well over AIM i want to ask him to make out. he will probly brake up with his girlfriend so she can get out the picture.... i dont just wana say *you wana make out?* so what can i say? thanks!
