Mackenzie answered Thursday December 29 2005, 6:25 pm: I think the two best brands of eye liner out there are "Meryl Norman" and "Beautique". "Meryl Norman", which can only be purchased at "The Meryl Norman Cosmetic Studios", is pricey [typically $8.50 - $15.00], but it REALLY IS good stuff. It goes on wonderfully, and stays on all day! On the other hand... I happen to think that "Beautique" is INCREDIBLE!! However, I've ONLY seen "Beautique" at "Sally's". Good news though, it's only .99 cents. TRUST ME.. I would NEVER EVER EVER buy crap make up!!! I get only the best, so please, please, please, please DON'T let this dollar price throw you off - you'd be cheating yourself out of the best product out there!! I'd *PREFER* "Beautique" out of ANY other brand of eye liner on the market!! I could easily go out and buy a $15.00 pencil, but I'd RATHER get "Beautique"! "Beautique" glides on smoothly and REALLY LASTS ALLLLL DAY!!! I CAN NOT promote this item enough!! And if you still have doubts... for only .99 cents.. it's worth a shot!! Wet 'n' Wild Kohl Kajal is pretty good, but isn't sold at very many places. If you want eyeliner that is cheap, just use plain old black eyeshadow. Take the sponge, sponge it on your eyelids, sponge it on the barrier between the eyelash and the red part, and wipe away any excess. Because eyeshadow is a powder, it stays on all day [ TheHeadHonchoPoncho57's advice column | Ask TheHeadHonchoPoncho57 A Question ]
