okay well i have this hp photo printer and everytime i turn the printer on lately it prints out a sheet that says like for best printing quality in lots of dif languages and then shows 3 pics and has little lines the rest the way down the sheet. how do i keep this from printing? i know i cant just press cancel print because it wont print anything else until i let this thing print.
Karen answered Thursday December 15 2005, 6:19 pm: Have you tried aligning your ink cartridges? I have an HP photo printer also and it would print out that testing page, until I noticed the ink wasn't aligned. If aligning your cartridges doesn't work, take out the plugs connected to the printer and put them back in. Check out the printer's handbook for more help.
