Ok..i saw the advice you gave the girl that had her period at work..and why would you tell her she could put a tampon in for 6 hours?!...its 3-4...Heard of TSS?...get your facts rite before givin ANY advice

ok, just to make sure, i read the instructions on my tampons:
"...you should change your tampon at least every 4 to 6 hours to reduce the risk of TSS"
ok, so i should have said "up to 6 hours," but it's not 3-4. and you won't get TSS if you keep it in for longer.
