I liked this guy soooooooo much for like 2 years..and one of my so called "friends" told me he liked me and that he was gonna ask me out and i was SOOOOOOOOOO Happy..but a few days ago my best friend called me and told me that everything that my other so called friend told me was all a lie and i was bawling my eyes out forever..I like him sooo much and i dont know what to do

wow, I can relate to your problem..majorly. I liked someone for two years too. It's tough, especially if they don't feel the way you do. I thought I loved him, but I didn't. The best thing for you to do is talk to him. Tell him what your "so called friend" said, and then tell him what your real friend said. See what he has to say about that, and make sure that he knows you like him. Being honst about your feelings is pretty much all you can do..you just have to hope he feels the same way.
