No, it is not another virus. I am a level 2 moderator on this site, as you can see on this page: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

If was giving people viruses I would be fired. If you don't believe me, look up aimfix.exe and you will see that almost every site has it as the only/best way to get rid of any AIM related virus.
