face turning hot

this is really wierd but sometimes during school my face gets really hot but im not embarassed or nervous or anything.. its just that my face gets red for no reason and i dont know why.. any ideas?

That happens to me too. I asked my mother about it (she's a nurse), she said that it could be all the blood flow either speeding up or slowing down going to my face. It's nothing to be worried about!
