I'm 18 and female, and ever since me and my boyfriend have been sexually active, (he's my first) I can notice the difference on how loose I am, at first it was so tight, and now I'm loose and i dont even feel it as much, is there anyway to tighten up again besides not having sex for awhile? I remmeber hearing of kegic exercises or somethingg like that.. does that work? and how do you do them?\
