Why do guys act like they like you but then when you ask them out they say NO? What the hell is up with that?

Hmmm good question.. but Im not really sure, maybe they just want to be your friend or maybe theyre are just being nice, or maybe he is just a player.. who knows,maybe he does like you but is just scared of a relationship, girls will never understand guys..
