I have a CHI straightener that broke a few weeks ago and my hair stylist suggested sending it in to be fixed or replaced for free. Has anyone done this before and knows what to do and where to ship it? Or does anyone know what the CHI website is?

CHI is made by Global Beauty Network. Try googling that. Also, if your CHI is over a year old (maybe even over 6 months old) they may not replace it. Make sure you can still find the warantee. If you dont have the warantee they may not replace it for you. If you stil have the box that your CHI came in their may be a number you can call to speak to someone who will know more about it.
