so hey alez first i think this advice thing is cool
well i like this kid lets call him bob and some one told me he was gonna ask me to the dance and i was going to say yes but i freaked out.. and everyone is sayin if he does still ask me say no cause hes not a good person and now when ever i look at him it doenst fell the same

Well first of all thank you for the comment. The answer to your question I would have to say is to maybe try and talk to him more before the dance comes. Get to know him if you can. Then you can make a decision whether he is a good or bad person. Of course, if you don't get a date to the dance, you can always go with your friends as a last resort. Good luck.
