Theres this guy and he'll flirt with me a lot and then sometimes pretend im not there....is he just a big flirt or does he think that maybe i dont like him??

it depends when he flirts with you...
if it's like when you guys are alone that's just how guys typically are. if he flirts a lot with you in front of his friends that doesn't necessarily mean that he likes you, but it makes it a better chance..
if i were you i would ask him about it online or something or on the phone..like who he likes, or something along those lines..=] write back! tell me how it goes!!
