How to deal with heartbreak.

Hey well umm me and my x boyfriend bobby went out for about 3 months. and then we broke up. Now he lives somewhere else and he is commin back down to visit his dad and stuff and he wants to see me. but everytime we have seen eachother after weve broke upp we always end up makin out. I really love him but i dont want to get hurt. i am finally kinda movin on.. do u think i should juss not see him or see him and try not to make out idk juss please help me <3 the confused one/

I think you should see him. I understand that you dont want to make out but you could try to prevent that from happening. For example tell yourself that if you do you'll have to try to move on again, and again. Think about other guys that you'd want to hook up with. If your ex makes a move push him back and tell him you think its time to move on and stay friends.
