heyy babe!
i have like a really dark brown hair, with icky blonde highlights (they are almost out) im dying my hair like a reddish purplish on november 5th
i have green/blue/brown eyes....they are pretty sweet, im short, with hair to my shoulders, pretty tan skin......so yeah...i love black eyeliner too so thanks!

I would use earthy colors. Like creamy browns, and reds.I would deffinetely stay away from bright pastel colors. Earthy dark/light colors would bring out your beautiful eyes, and your pretty skin color. I wouldnt use much for your face. you dont need like brozer or blush.
For you lips, instead of a really light nude color I would try light or dark red lipgloss or lipstick. It would really bring out your lips && your eye color.
You should use black eyeliner just because your darker skin color. A dark brown eyeliner would also be good. I would use the MAC makeup brand.
