So theres this kid, we talk online but never anywhere else. I see him at school and stuff but I want to like hang out... ya know? What should I do? Let him go? or ask him to hang out?

Well you could start talking to him at school. and things will progress and then one weekend see if he's busy, If not take the plunge and invite him to a dance or to dinner. Not the movies because there would be awkward silences! I promise it will work if you both put in the effort!
