For alot of girls, it does come naturally. You are normally tense the first time you are about to kiss, but after a couple seconds you begin to loosen up. So the first few seconds will be awkward, but after a while, you'll feel better and it will be less awkward for you.
All I can tell you is to massage your tonge on his. Just don't keep your tongue in his mout the entire time, pull away every couple seconds.
