Go outside of the house and do something, like go to the movies, out to dinner, visit your grandmother, volunteer at a nursing home, etc. It can be anything and everything. You may event want to invite a few people over for the night to do something together.

Sometimes you don't have to be at the computer. As enticing as that bright white glow is, you might consider taking up a hobby. Like basket weaving. Or perhaps learn to play an instrument. Like Clarinet, Jazz flute, or your genitals.

be a freak! seriously! go outside and just SCREAM. Go to a park and roll down hills with your friends! Do something you wouldnt normally do! It is so much fun!
