need advice on network problem in internet

sir,
i have some critical problem with my pc that i conduct a cyber cafe. my all pcs are connected with lan one of them is server. problem is that my 2 pcs out of 4 pcs have connectivity problem. 2 pcs are running correctly without any problem. rest 2 pcs browse only main page of google only but except google it doesn't connect with any other site. i have done all the corrections and modifications even i have done formatting twice but still having the problem.
system configuration are as follows:
celeron 2.4GHz, 128 RAM,40 GB Hard Disk, Realtek LAN(NIC),XP Operating System,R Connect (internet connection), IE6.

now need your advice so please give the solution as soon as possible.

you try reseting the router? there may be a problem with the router or the cables so i sugest you check that

simple test to see if your comps are connected.

on the computer that doesnt work with internet go to , START>RUN type in "cmd" then type in "ipconfig" and see the ip adress

on the computer that works fine do the same thing but instead of "ipconfig" type in "ping (ip adress of the comp that you recived from the non working computer)" if they fail its a router or cable problem, if they all arive normaly that means it a prob with your comp or some of the configurations
