Hey...
im 14 & i really want to dress like paris hilton but in a cute conservative way. Where should I shop to get unique glam styles. Im kind of tiny so I need petite stores. Thanks you! <3
Anyway, the best places to go are little boutiques in the City. If there isn't a city near you (like Manhattan or Bergenline), you could go to your regular mall and go into G+G (or Rave Girls), Limited Too, Charlotte Russe, Mandee, Joyce Leslie, Forever 21 or Weather Vane.
Mercy_x_Me answered Friday September 2 2005, 12:07 am: Paris hilton to me seems classic, vintage, a little rock and roll, and anything hollywood of course tied into one. Try 5.7.9 there sizes run pretty small. Also XXI/Forever 21, Wet Seal. Stuff like that. Go to Icing or Clairies for accesories, they have great earrings and they usually carry a lot of stuff stars have been spotted wearing, only in a cheaper version of course. Just funk stuff up and don't go for plain or usual, layer tanks, tees, beaters, get denim skirts that have studs with fringe coming off the bottom (like little hanging pieces that make it have the destroyed look), big sunglasses, long beaded necklaces, worn a few at a time, pearls. Just go the all out crazy, and take it to the max. Screen T's are really cute as well, like the ones that say catchy stuff. And remember, being you is what it's all about. Don't wear something that doesn't work for your body type or face. If you need any more fashion advice, please, let me know, and inbox me because I LOVE giving advice on this stuff! Teheh.
OK, good luck, and btw, maybe you can look in so magazines paris is in, and analyze her wardrobe and see what you can make of that in a cheaper version. Also look for pics online if you can. [ Mercy_x_Me's advice column | Ask Mercy_x_Me A Question ]
