computer is f#####cked up

Question Posted Saturday August 27 2005, 2:11 pm

Right. my computer keeps turning off and resetting for no reason. Sometimes I get a message that says "out of range" and once I got a black screen full of green blobs. Ive done a virus scan, but it came up as nothing, what the hell is going on?

most likely the graphix card or the drivers.
you may wona try rebooting your computer and when the logo pops up try presing ither F8 or F2 depending on the system you got untill you see a black screen with a boot menu.

try running at "last known configuration that worked"

hope this helped
oo ya if that dont help then go get a new video card lolz

try running a spywear scan. its hard to explain but sometimes there is so much spy wear (bad) that your computer freaks out. otherwise if that doesn't show anything i would call your computer provider (apple or gateway etc). A good spywear scanner is webroot spy sweeper.

Maybe your computer is old?Well how old is it?Computers start to act liek that if there like 6-7 years old or something like that! But if it isnt any old you might want to take it to the shop or something! My computer was like that and we took to the shop and something in it was like dead!so i think your computer might be old or something in it is broken so take it the shop!
Hope you like my advice!
