theres this kid and he he likes me but i dont like him at all. so he always asks me why i cant give him a chance and why i dont like him. but i cant just say because i dont like you because i cant be mean.. so i dont know how to brake it to him that i dont like him and never will.

ok i think that you should tell him how you feel without being mean .. if your "friends" with him, i think you should say "i really like you as a FRiEND, but i dont think we should be more than that" - but if your not really "friends" then i think you should tell him you don't really want to be in a relationship right now. good luck =)
