i have a gut n its discusting!! how can i make my stomach flat?i suck in all the time so itmakes it look like im skinny n i dont wanna do that nemore also i would like to kno ways of toning up my legs.....iver tried workin out but i give up like 2min later nd diets i cant do ive juss stopped drinkin soda but it hasnt changed nething!

GANGStAhBAbiiEx answered Monday August 22 2005, 9:41 pm: ok will i no its hard but this may work every other day like sunday tuesday thursday you work out for about a hour cuz your not doing all the days if you do every day maybe about 20 mins and if you get bord and just eat you can go out side and swim or invite a friend over or tan a lot of things to do if you get bord doing sports also help you can try out for track or soccer lots of running
