help with girls

i have been to my dads in the passed week and tere is a girl there who i think likes me but should i make the first move and if i should what should i do. we have been ok for about 1 or 2 years but i think she is getting a bit serious. because she keeps asking me for hugs and kisses but im not sure if it is a freindly hug and kiss or if she is being serious help plz..... by the way i am 15 male uk

ok madly, i think that if you really like her, then you should follow your heart and go for it. also, if she sounds more playful when shes asking you for hugs and kisses, then it may be just friendly. but if she asks kind of seriously, and especially when ur alone it may be serious. i was in the same situation a few years ago, and it ended up that he liked me, but i didnt feel the same way, so we stayed just good friends.
