No, not really. You can use any finger or two you want. As for your hymen (cherry), it's good to tear it, since you won't have to go through this while having sex for the first time. If it's torn from masturbating, then it doesn't mean that you lost your virginity. It only means you've lost your virginity while having sex and your hymen being torn.
