How to you save an icon to a.JPG image? sorry Im really slow with this stuff.

You just take any picture on your computer. And paste it on Window's Paint program. Then go up to "FILE", "SAVE AS".. then a window will appear, and where it says "SAVE AS TYPE", if it DOESN'T say "JPEG. [*JPG, *JPEG, *JPE, *JFIF]"... then make it do so. Then to resize, go to "IMAGE" and down to "STRETCH/SKEW", and keep bringing down the top two percentage things little by little until it's the size of an AIM icon, ya know? :)
